The Matsumoto Seicho Memorial Museum commemorates Matsumoto Seicho, a famous Japanese author from Kitakyushu whose works have even been translated to several foreign languages. The exhibit room introduces his collection of works, consisting of approximately 700 volumes in total, and features a replica of his library and study. A timeline spanning a length of 22 meters introduces visitors to Matsumoto’s life as well as important historical events of the time.
